What is wrong with this picture?

Apparently the heroic Iraqi officer did not realized that there is no driver inside this latest model. Which bring us to a fundamental question:

How can we accomplish our goals when these people are behaving this way?! Superstious and dangerously armed.

Also, as you might have already noticed, there is no driver in the vehicle behind him (on the left). Yes, apparently we live in a driverless society...
